Almost every surface of this historic home was touched over three phases of construction, updating the home for modern living while keeping its historic character. Phase one consisted of energy efficiency upgrades, new electrical and lighting throughout, and a newly reconfigured office, second floor bathroom including a much needed shower, and the main floor master bath.

Phase two consisted of the master bedroom, kitchen, nook, and pantry reconfiguration along with upgraded lighting and electrical work.

Phase three completed the unfinished basement including a party room with bar, an exercise room, and laundry room.
